1.How do you guarantee the product quality?
Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC to inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.
2.Can you factory pass the factory audit?
Yes, our factory passed the Shein, Marie claire, home&you, MC collection's factory audit, etc. Our factory also passed the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
3.What's the handbag lead time?
Our sample lead time is 7-15 days, and bulk production time is 25-45 days when we receive the deposit and confirm the pre-production sample with the customer.
4.Can I have my own logo on the product?
Yes, we warmly welcome your own logo, the logo can stamp, laser and engrave, etc.
5.What's your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
6.Do you offer any other handbags or leather goods?
Our factory mainly offers leather goods, such as belts, wallets, handbags, bracelets, etc. We can do with the variety of materials, such as top grain leather, split leather, PU, canvas, fabric, metal, etc.
7.What is the MOQ ？
Different design , different MOQ . The information for reference :
* Our Designs : You can select our design to custom color and your LOGO :
1) If Genuine leather products : 500pcs/color/style for 1st order ;
2)If non-leather products :500pcs /style
*If your own designs :We can make designs accordding to your techpack ,drawing and the picture .

8.What is your sample Fees ?
All samples is for checking the quality and details before bulk order . If you just want to custom one pieces for personal use , this is not available at our factory .

9.Do you have stock products for selling ?
We have own brand shop in China Market . So we make over 200 designs in stock . You can buy them without MOQ . Welcome to do the drop shipping too .
10.Where is your factory ? Can i visit your factory ?
We are welcome all customers to visit our factory if you are interesting in doing the business with us .

Our factory is in BaiYun District ,Guangzhou City .
11.Do you accept the Full inspection for the products ?
Yes ,sure . We accept the goods full inspection service . We are believe that our quality can meet your stardards .
12.How many people are there in your factory?
Our factory ,office , showroom are in the industrial area .
* The factory usually has 120 people, and the number will increase or decrease due to different production seasons.
* The office usually has 38 people , and over 20 salesman * There is one building (3 floors )as showroom . You can see the quality of our products , the design in our showroom .
Not like some companies , they just have the showroom or just have factory only .
13.What we can custom for you ? OEM OR ODM ?
At firstly ,we are professional leather products factory since 2006 . In the past years, we have provided customized services for many brands, and we insist on making quality products.
No matter you want the OEM or ODM , please see the information as below , hope it is helpful for you :
1）Designs: Provide your artwork or picture or drawing with the requirement of size and materials. We will check and confirm all information with you when getting your design .
2）Quotation ： We quote you based on your design with requirement within 24 hours.
3）Payment ：Our professional merchandiser will send you the Proforma invoice to pay after confirming the details and the cost .
4）Sample : The sample time is usually 7-15days . It included “Paper model “”First Sample “”Second Sample”

A . Paper model , it takes 3-5 days after getting the payment .
First sample , we called it test sample which is for customer to check the size ,the construction of the products . From this test sample , we will make it with any material from our stock material . It takes 2-3 days after the paper model .
B1 : If no changes on the first sample ,we will make the second sample ( final sample ) ; But if there is changes for the first sample , it needs more about 7-15 days to changes the paper model , then into the final sample production .
Second sample ( Final sample ) : After confirm the test sample ,it takes 7-15 days to make the final sample .
B :Package &Shipment : The shipment time will takes from 3 days to 7days based on different express .
